NorthStar Transitions is a licensed and Joint Commission-accredited addiction treatment center in Boulder, Colorado. NorthStar offers day treatment (PHP), intensive outpatient treatment (IOP) and outpatient levels of care. The outpatient clinical offices where the day treatment program and IOP programs are held are located in central Boulder, very convenient to the intersection of Highway 36 and Arapahoe Avenue.
