Our twelve week IOP program employs evidence based therapies such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and trauma informed treatment to address addiction in a group setting. All of our groups are run by state licensed clinicians with specific experience in the realm of addiction treatment.We are also pleased to announce that we now offer our IOP therapy groups to non-residential clients! Enrollment in the intensive outpatient program includes nine hours of group per week, one hour of individual therapy per week, one hour of family therapy per week, and sobriety monitoring through random urinalysis drug screens. We also offer in-home breathalyzers for non-residential clients who are seeking an added layer of accountability. We offer both a morning and an evening group to cater to the scheduling needs of clients that are employed or going to school.Life in sobriety can be challenging, and triggers are constantly present. Our program is designed to support our clients through these triggering events and the emotions that occur naturally in independent living. The IOP groups help our clients build their support network through peer interaction and the ability to process triggering events in a safe, trusted group setting.
