I am consistently inspired by the clients we serve, and their courage to work on their recovery. Our staff are committed and passionate about the work that they do, and the care and support they offer the clients.

I have never worked at a place with such a helpful and genuinely kind group of people.  A culture like none other.

The ability to see clients transform from the very first day of admission to the final day of group. Helping clients change their lives for the better. Great coworkers. Autonomy.

NorthStar has a solid team of people working here that are building a better work culture together.

I love working at NorthStar, there is a feeling of belonging and safety. I feel so loved - and have so much love for the staff I work alongside. It is truly a family, and we are blessed to welcome clients into an environment filled with such earnest desire to help, with love, kindness and compassion as a foundation.

NorthStar has offered me opportunities to continue my education in the field but obtaining my LAC and MAC credentials. NorthStar has supported me in building my intrinsic skills being a therapist and clinician.
