IOP Clinical Therapist

Boulder, CO

As the IOP Clinical Therapist you will provide clients with intensive group and individual therapy with addictions by providing clinical services and education. You will also develop a consistent plan of treatment for overall client experience.

Registered Nurse

Schedule: Thursday – Monday (8 hours) Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Registered Nurse to work at our Additions Recovery Treatment Center located in beautiful Ward, Colorado.

On-Call Counselors for Residential Program

Shift schedules are 12 hours, days, evenings, and overnights with shift differentials.

Clinical Therapists for Residential Program and Intensive Outpatient Program

NorthStar Transitions is hiring motivated, passionate individuals. We are seeking on-call clinical therapists for our male and female residential facilities as well as for our intensive outpatient program.

Master’s Level Internship Position

(Applications only accepted from Jan – April*)

One-year internship commitment

  • Roughly 20 hours/week
  • All hours to be completed in person
  • *Unpaid
  • *Many interns are offered employment upon completion of the internship program.

Site Mission / Population

NorthStar Transitions is an adult dual-diagnosis extended care substance abuse treatment program offering sub-acute detox, residential, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and outpatient levels of care.

NorthStar Transitions empowers clients with the skills to navigate challenges in addiction recovery and offers opportunities to practice these skills in a therapeutic setting. Through experiential and evidence-based modalities, NorthStar Transitions facilitates highly individualized client-centered care.

  • Supervisors: MA (Masters in Counseling), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LAC (Licensed Addiction Counselor)

  • 3 days onboarding/training June 2021
