Lynn has worked in Human Resources for many years throughout the Boulder/Denver area. She is passionate about staying on top of the ever-changing world of employment laws, but mostly enjoys building a strong culture where people can thrive. Prior to her HR career Lynn worked in Mental Health for over 11 years gaining valuable experience along with a compassion to support those with mental illnesses.
Lynn grew up in Chicago but moved to Boulder many years ago to be part of the great outdoor life that Colorado has to offer. She especially enjoys cycling, hiking and running trails with her dogs. She is also an artist and is inspired everyday by the beauty that Colorado provides.
