Treatment plans are tailored to clients’ needs based on medical history, lifestyle preferences, and co-occurring behavioral issues.
Our young adult IOP schedule consists of:
- 9 hours of weekly group therapy
- 1 hour of weekly individual therapy
- 1 hour of bi-weekly family therapy
- Routine drug testing & accountability measures
- Medication coordination for co-occurring conditions
- Access to a board-certified addiction psychiatrist
The NorthStar Difference
NorthStar Transitions believes healing occurs within and beyond the walls of our treatment center. To supplement our evidence based modalities, clients take part in experiential therapy and somatic interventions to equip them with tools to navigate real life recovery. We encourage clients to join outside recovery groups, and groups facilitating hobbies such as skiing, snowboarding, yoga, CrossFit and hiking, to provide social support in their new sober lifestyle.
